Scope:             The M&E Officer will be mainly responsible for the monitoring, reporting, and progress evaluation of project activities. He/she will also be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework of projects.

The M&E Officer will have the following duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive computer-based M&E regime meeting the requirements of different education programs and Board of Moawin Foundation.
2. Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures.
3. Monitor all project activities, expenditures, and progress toward achieving the project output.
4. Recommend further improvement of the logical framework.
5. Support Development monitoring and impact indicators for the project’s success.
6. Monitor and evaluate by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks.
7. Report monthly, quarterly, half overall progress on achievement of results.
8. Monitor the sustainability of the project's results.
9. Provide feedback to the line-Manager on program activities.
10. Suggest strategies to the line-Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project -yearly and annual progress on all project activities to the GM QA.
11. Carry out M&E visits in areas where project activities are taking place.
12. Assist line-Manager in the preparation of several reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations.
