Academic:       Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications.

 Experience:     Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

1. Install, upgrade and maintain hardware systems and networks in MF Head Office and Regional Offices.
2. Install the software, operating systems and digital tools that enable the MF's employees to work efficiently.
3. Manage the renewal of hosting, websites and other software products.
4. Respond to employee queries and requests related to IT issues.  
5. Manage websites in coordination with vendors.
6. Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
7. Under the supervision of GM QA and Comms. conduct regular data assessments and resolve data discrepancies also integrate data management solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data systems and tools.
9. Generate and manage reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
10. Create and maintain data dashboards and visualization tools.
11. Work with various departments to understand their data needs and provide support.
12. Train staff on troubleshooting technical and operational issues.
13. Any other task assigned by GM QA & Communications or CEO
