Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join our team as the Partnerships and Growth Officer. This role is essential in driving strategic partnerships, expanding growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless coordination in business development processes. The Partnerships and Growth Officer will play a pivotal role in market research, lead generation, client and/or donor relations, proposal development, and fostering collaboration with network partners. This position is aligned with our vision of delivering impact through innovation, agility, and scale.

The officer will also work closely with our network partners, supporting their branding efforts and programme development to enhance visibility, collaboration, and mutual impact.

Key Responsibilities

 1.     Strategic Partnerships Development

• Identify and develop growth opportunities by fostering strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Work closely with network partners to support their branding and programme development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.

 2.     Client, Donor and Stakeholder Engagement

• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-ups with existing and potential clients/donors and partners.
• Disseminate reports, newsletters, and curated content to maintain strong client relations and engagement.

 3.     Research and Insights

• Provide data-driven insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with research, program, and business development teams to support communication-related needs.

 4.     Event Management and Community Networking

• Plan and organize events, workshops, and conferences to strengthen networks and community engagement.
• Support efforts to enhance visibility and networking opportunities for the organization and its partners.

 5.     Digital Engagement and Content Creation

• Support digital engagement initiatives by creating compelling narratives, engaging digital content, newsletters, and graphic materials.
• Develop strategies to grow the organization’s community, including conducting digital campaigns and identifying partnership opportunities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, or Adobe applications.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.

Skills & Qualifications
