Relevant Experience:

Masters in HRM ,BBA,MBA (HRM),MPA or anyother degree in HR

Job Description:

  1. The position holder will work under direct supervision of Head of Support Services
  2. The position holder is required to coordinate the Human Resource planning in the head office as well as field offices
  3. Development of staff Result agreements and Job profiles of the staff in line with the administrative and programmatic requirement of the organization through each unit in-charge
  4. Ensure that the HR annual plans adequately meet the staff requirements in the head office as well as field offices
  5. Development of six-monthly Result Agreement of each staff for the period from July-Dec and Jan-Jun each year in consultation with the management
  6. Development of each position Job Profile in consultation with HSS
  7. Timely advertisement and hiring process of each budgeted position as per monthly HR planner
  8. Development of monthly HR activity planner of head office and field staff and reporting to HSS  by 30th of each month for next month HR planning
  9. Ensure that new staff during first week of joining receive adequate orientation and introduction with organizational policies, procedures and personnel
  10. Ensure in the HR planning process that all the required services will be provided to the staff and the accountability and grievance related matters will be timely addressed as per HR policies
  11. Develop the monthly HR and administrative Report for SMT review.
  12. To ensure the timely up gradation of HCM and Asset management software.
  13. Staff orientation about organization HR Policies and Documentation.
  14. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business Strategy
  15. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  16. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  17. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  18. Salary processing on HCM software
  19. EOBI processing
  20. Staff hiring and maintain personal files.
