Job Description:

  • Make calls to beneficiaries, including new beneficiaries and follow-up cases such as due and overdue cases.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to beneficiary inquiries in a timely and polite manner.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with clients, confirm appointments at FCs, or provide updates on services.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the BNP project.
  • Record and document calls, including beneficiary details, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the database.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with all beneficiary interactions.
  • Ensure that all communications adhere to organization policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve beneficiary facilitation and satisfaction.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
