We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinic Manager!
About Us:
Normeca International AS is excited to announce an opportunity for a Clinic Manager to join our team in Pakistan. This position is part of the innovative project “Mobile Multi Diagnostic Clinic / Mini Hospital” managed by the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) in collaboration with the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
The Mobile multi-diagnostic clinics (MMU) are state-of-the-art facilities housed in large mobile trailers. They are fully equipped with modern medical equipment and ancillary units, including kitchens, laundry facilities, dining rooms, and conference rooms. They are designed to provide comprehensive general diagnostic services.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, optimize patient care, manage budgets, and ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, communication skills, experience in healthcare management, and a commitment to operating the Clinic in high-quality.
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee all activities, staff, and equipment in the clinic.
•Ensure the clinic operates efficiently and follows best practices.
•Conduct site surveys and maintain quality assurance guidelines.
•Train and manage team members, providing guidance and support.
•Promote effective communication and cooperation among all staff.
•Manage stock, supplies, and maintenance of clinic equipment.
•Implement procedures to enhance patient care.
•Address and resolve any operational issues.
•Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities and stakeholders.
•Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
•Provide daily and weekly reports on clinic operations.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field; Master's preferred.
•Experience managing a healthcare facility or clinic.
•Strong organizational and managerial skills.
•Proficiency in budget management and healthcare administration systems.
•Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
•Fluency in English.
•Proficiency in MS Office and database systems.
•Ability to work independently and under pressure.
•Attention to detail and analytical skills.
•Willingness to work in non-standard conditions.
