Job Title: Training Officer (Female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that meet the needs of our organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify training needs through needs assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback from employees and managers
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and sessions using various training methods and techniques
- Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and metrics
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant data, and evaluation results
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver specialized training programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in training and development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Sceince , Training and Development, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in training and development
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop targeted solutions
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methods
