Job Description:

We are looking for a Training Support Specialist to help enhance our training programs. The role involves writing and updating training documentation, refining training processes, and conducting data analysis to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update training materials and documentation.
• Design and improve training processes.
• Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met and maintained.
• Apply ISO 9001 requirements within the training environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of process design and development.
• Familiarity with quality assurance practices and standards.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and its application in training.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
