Hiring of Real Estate Agent for Commercial Plot Acquisition
Human Development Foundation is on the lookout for a highly skilled and dedicated real estate agent to assist in identifying and acquiring a prime commercial plot for our upcoming office construction project. Location: Within Islamabad, Any CDA Sector
Size: 4000-8000 SFT
We are seeking a professional real estate agent to support the Human Development Foundation in finding and securing a suitable commercial plot that meets our specifications. This role involves conducting market research, evaluating potential properties, and managing the acquisition process. Basic role and responsibilities are as under:
- Market Research: Identify and present available commercial plots that fit our criteria, including size, location, and zoning.
- Property Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of shortlisted plots, including site visits and due diligence checks.
- Negotiation: Assist in negotiating the purchase terms and price with property owners or representatives.
- Documentation: Manage the preparation and review of acquisition agreements and other related documents.
- Compliance: Ensure the selected plot meets all regulatory requirements and assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and zoning regulations.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide strategic recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and clients.
- Competitive Compensation: Compensation as per market rate, based on experience and performance.
