The Sindh Legal Advisory Call Center (SLACC) is dedicated to providing free legal advice and assistance to the citizens of Sindh. We strive to offer timely, accurate, and comprehensive legal guidance through our helpline, ensuring that everyone has access to legal support regardless of their background.

 

Role Overview

The Operations Facilitation Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the SLACC by handling a variety of tasks related to IT, data management, event support, and social media. This position requires a proactive individual with a diverse skill set and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Management:

  - Be able to Handle IT queries and provide technical support to staff.

  - Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted operations.

  - Assist in the maintenance and upgrading of IT systems and infrastructure.

Data Management:

  - Extract and manage data from various sources to forward to management for reporting and analysis.

  - Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and updates.

  - Assist in the creation of databases and maintain data confidentiality.

 Event Support:

  - Provide photography during SLACC events, publicity visits and activities.

Social Media Content Creation:

  - As per requirement create engaging social media posts in Urdu and Sindhi for various platforms.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in IT support, data management, and social media content writing.

- Proficiency in Urdu and English, both written and spoken. Sindhi writing skills would be great.

- Strong multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic photography skills and familiarity.

- Experience with social media platforms and content writing.
