Enhancing Wheat Seed Production through Seed Cluster Approach in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa – Procurement of NPK Blended Fertilizer, Humic Acid, Zinc Sulphate for 100 Farmers of District Mardan Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under USAID ERDA.

Agribusiness Support Fund (ASF) is a not-for-profit organization registered under Section 42 of repealed Companies Ordinance 1984 (Now Companies Act 2017). The company operates with the overall mission of economic development & poverty alleviation through development of agribusiness sector of Pakistan.

Associates in development (AiD) Pvt. Ltd. as prime recipient and Agribusiness Support Fund (ASF) as sub recipient, are implementing USAID-funded project titled ‘Economic Recovery and Development Activity (ERDA) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and its Merged Districts (MDs). The project is designed to expand environmentally sustainable, socially equitable and climate resilient economic opportunities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and its Merged Districts (MDs) by strengthening and modernizing the agriculture sector and promoting on-, off- and non- farm micro- small- and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Wheat is amongst the major staple crop of Pakistan. USAID-ERDA designed interventions to promote certified wheat seed production in targeted districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.  To increase wheat yield in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa USAID ERDA has solicited quotation for NPK blended Fertilizer, Humic Acid, and Zinc Sulphate from the potential qualified bidders.
