General Position Summary:

Senior Program Officer (SPO)-PPM will be responsible to work closely with his/her assigned Sub-Recipients, will ensure timely collection and consolidation of their monthly workplans and progress reports. SPO PPM will be responsible for high quality review SR’s field monitoring reports S/he will assist PPM Coordinator in developing action plans of the SRs and following up with them for their implementation. S/he will support the PPM Coordinator to strengthen the capacity of the program team and of SRs to implement PPM as per the operational and technical guidelines. S/he will work closely with assigned SRs to identify challenges in implementation through monthly progress review meetings with SRs, and address them in coordination with PPM Coordinator. S/he will provide any operational and logistics support to SRs, as and when required. SPO will also conduct periodic field visits to understand the key implementation challenges and support PPM Coordinator in devising/updating strategies accordingly.
