CARE Pakistan is looking for a short-term consultant to temporarily assume the responsibilities of the Advisor Safer Programs until the position is permanently filled.
1. Objective
The primary objective of this consultant is to provide guidance on safety protocols, risk management, and harm reduction strategies. The role also involves advising program managers and organizational leaders on creating safe environments, ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards, and developing training and education programs for staff and participants. Below are specific objectives of the Advisor Safer Program.
- Plan key activities in costed Project work plan for project lifetime.
- Identify risk and develop risk mitigation plan considering the safety, do no harm and culture of safety in the organization.
2. Scope of Work
The consultant will be responsible for leading the AAWAZ-II project, coordinating with key personnel and stakeholders to gather essential information, and ensuring the completion of the planned activities and deliverables outlined below.
Deliverables
The consultant is expected to deliver the following outputs. The payment to the consultant will be made as per agreed deliverables and timelines. The schedule of payment will be agreed during the inception phase.

3. Duration
