General Position Summary:

The IT Officer is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of Mercy Corps. Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and application problems. S/He will ensure timely delivery of services required in maintaining the smooth running of IT equipment. S/He will coordinate with staff to keep updated IT systems/equipment. S/He will analyze future needs and arrange training for staff and backup records.
