Qualification Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, BBA, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field is required.
  • Prior experience in business development is preferred but not mandatory, with a focus on candidates interested in pursuing a career in the sector.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in similar roles within engineering consulting firms.

Skills & Competencies

 

  • Exposure to AI tools is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Word processing, Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint applications are critical.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and assist with various tasks as needed.

Job description

1.    Opportunity Screening:

Assist in screening and identifying national and international business opportunities through newspapers, websites, and online portals.

Provide daily updates to your supervisor on potential opportunities for a GO/NO-GO decision.

2.    Document Preparation & Scheduling:

Assist with the preparation of documents, ensuring timely submissions and quality standards are met.

Support in organizing schedules for meetings, bid deadlines, and reporting.

3.    Records & Database Management:

Help maintain accurate records of bids, expert profiles, and partnership agreements.

Ensure that the BD database is up-to-date and well-organized.
