Job Purpose

The Management Intern will support various administrative functions, including data entry, filing, and communication tasks. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in management systems; ensure information is organized and easily retrievable.
  • Filing and Documentation: Assist in organizing and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems; ensure all documents are properly categorized.
  • Communication Support: Help draft, format, and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports; assist in preparing presentations as necessary.
  • Administrative Assistance: Support daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics for team activities.
  • Research Tasks: Conduct basic research to support management projects; compile findings into reports or presentations as directed.
  • Quality Assurance: Review documents for accuracy and completeness; ensure that all work adheres to organizational standards for quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members across various departments to gain insights into different aspects of the organization’s operations.
  • Feedback and Learning: Actively seek feedback from supervisors and colleagues to enhance skills and understanding of management practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
    • Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attributes:
