Job Description
• Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing strategies to enhance the league’s visibility, fan engagement, and brand loyalty.
• Brand Development: Oversee brand development, ensuring that all materials and messaging align with the league's identity and vision.
• Sponsorships and Partnerships: Identify and negotiate sponsorship opportunities and partnerships with local and global brands.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets for coverage, interviews, and event promotion.
• Merchandising: Develop and market league merchandise.
• Develop Expansion Strategy: Develop league expansion strategy.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, events, and operations, ensuring cost-effective strategies without compromising quality.
• Team Liaison: Serve as the communication bridge between league teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support for their operational needs.
• Orient and train the team on the Marketing and Operation mechanism.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in sports marketing, operations, or a related consulting role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of the football/sports industry, including fan engagement tactics and league operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to work across departments.
