1. Consultancy Description for Field Enumerator for annual PSC survey
Consultancy Type: Field Enumerator
Direct Reporting To: Livelihood Officer/Supervisor
Indirect Reporting To: Project Manager
Working Location: District Zhob
Introduction:
BRSP is one of the largest organization’s in Balochistan and a member of a larger network of Rural Support Programs in Pakistan. BRSP’s endeavors have focused on improving the living conditions of the rural poor for more than three decades in the province of Balochistan. BRSP evolved from the “Pak-German self-help project” in 1983, as a collaboration between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of Pakistan.
The Balochistan Rural Support Programme has entered into an agreement with the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety (PASS) to implement a five-year project funded by IFAD, titled the "National Poverty Graduation Program," in the Zhob district of Balochistan. The program aims to lift households out of poverty by providing both tangible and intangible assets to BISP beneficiaries. It also leverages the Prime Minister's Interest-Free Loan (IFL) Scheme to create a smooth, integrated service that helps the poorest transition out of poverty through a combined approach, from consumption support to asset transfer, specifically targeting deserving BISP beneficiaries.
Annual PSC Survey Summary:
Field Enumerator will conduct Annual PSC survey for BRSP-NPGP project tangible assets beneficiaries in 21 UCs of Zhob district.

Qualification and Work Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate degree.
- Experience: At least 1 years’ relevant experience in development sector
Field Enumerator (ENUMERATOR’s Responsibilities (Milestones to be achieved)
- Field Enumerator will be bound to collect annual data in their assigned union councils only.
- Field Enumerator will jointly develop data collection work plan with Livelihood Officer BRSP.
- Field Enumerator will be bound to complete data collection within stipulated time frame of one month.
- Field Enumerator will be responsible for collection of Data from asset transfer beneficiaries’ household members only.
- Field Enumerator will collect accurate data, in case of any error in Data the enumerator will be responsible for its correction.
- The communication, transportation and refreshment charges are inclusive in per PSC form rate therefore; no additional charges will be claimed by Field Enumerator.
- Field Enumerator will also provide quality picture to BRSP for proof/evident of data collection process.
- Field Enumerator will Submit Complete Data forms on weekly bases in Zhob office to the concern person/supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities
Entry Operator (Responsibilities/Milestones to be achieved)
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data into the MIS system as per the organization's guidelines.
- Verify and validate data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Review and cross-check entered data to ensure accuracy and address any inconsistencies.
- Perform quality control measures to ensure high standards of data integrity.
- Monitor the MIS system for any issues and report them to the concern person.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and guidelines, maintaining data security.
Qualification and Work Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate degree. A diploma or certification in IT, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in data entry, MIS operations, or related fields is advantageous.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Familiarity with MIS systems and database management tools.
