Request for Quotation

1. All registered firms/Suppliers and companies having NTN Numbers, having income and sales tax registration, and are on FBR active TAX payers list, having a physical office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi are requested to submit their quotations against below require specifications.
2. Supplier can quote for one, or all lots however, the supplier shall quote for the entire and whole quantities of the respective lot
3. The quotation must be valid for at least 15 days from the submission date and the quoted price should include all the applicable local taxes/duties/insurance/transportation etc.
4.  You are requested to provide on your company letter pad, the price quotation for the supply of Equipment’s with the following specifications:

Please quote your unit price together with your discount for volume purchasing 70 units.

Other Terms & Conditions:

• Quotations should be sent via courier/ by hand in sealed envelopes on the below mentioned address, no later than 18^th JULY, 2024 before 1600 Hours.
• Delivery time from receipt of our purchase should not be more than 2 days after receipt of purchase order. 
• Price quotation should be applicable for at least 15 days.
• Please mention the warranty Status/Period of quoted equipment.
• Office Must be located in Islamabad/ Rawalpindi
