Position Title:  Hot Line Operator

Reporting to: PM and M&E Officer

Responsibilities:

The MIS Officer will be responsible for the database of the project and track progress towards achieving the project objectives and operate the Hot Line for case Management and complains.

The responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

1. Complaint feedback and record keeping.

2. Provide support to develop the most appropriate data entry and storage tools.
3. Collect data from the project staff and ensure that data collected in all surveys is qualitative; ensure that all data is validated and cleaned and as much as is possible verify the authenticity of information collected.
4. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
5. Maintenance of strong relationships with field teams, to ensure a quality of data collection.
6. Review and maintain efficient and effective database backup procedures to enable the provision of successful and accurate backups so that any data can be restored quickly and efficiently, ensuring safe and confidential keeping of all hard and soft data produced.
7. Provide support to M&E Officer on the compilation of evaluation reports complete with statistical analysis.
8. Attend regular in-house follow-up discussions/meetings with the project team.
9. Report to the M&E Officer the activity evolution and the specific tasks given, problems met, quality of relation with the field teams.
10. Provide a professional, friendly, and customer-oriented approach at all times.
11. Ensures database is updated monthly using consolidated information.

Desired Qualification:

1. Minimum qualification Bachelors in computer science/ B.com/B. A
2. At least 2 years of experience
3. Strong skills on Data analysis and Data punching.
4. Good knowledge if Advance Excel.

 Note: Positions will be filled on rolling basis.
