Job Summary

To deliver comprehensive knowledge and skills about the as per approved training curriculum for target beneficiaries. He/ she shall be responsible to plan and conduct training sessions within given timetable enabling trainees to develop relevant competencies required for the job market or initiate small scale enterprise.

Main Responsibilities

1. Comprehend the training objectives and review/develop learning outcomes and session content.

2. Review and develop detailed session plans on the approved format and share with management one week prior to the initiation of training.

3. Apply variety of training techniques and strategies to achieve the desired competencies and learning outcomes.

4. Conduct regular training sessions as per the approved schedule.

5. Conduct pre & post evaluation and update the results in Management Information System.

6. Monitor learnings of trainees, develop reports and share with supervisor on weekly basis.

7. Manage trainee’s progress evaluation (Formative & Summative) and submit reports (hard & soft copies) to supervisors within a week of evaluation.

8. Mark daily attendance of trainees and enter the data into MIS regularly, if not available keep data on given formats.

9. Document trainees, management and other stakeholders’ feedback and strive to improve the quality on regular basis.

10. Effectively use and manage the training equipment, supplies, accessories and ensure the safety & security.

11. Develop and share monthly and quarterly progress report
