RI seeks competent and qualified Health Insurance Company to provide the medical insurance services to RI Pakistan Staff and their dependents for one year and this can be extended for another 12months depending on performance and funding. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) details are as follows:

1. The attached RI Bid Form (Annex A) must be completed and submitted in accordance with Annex C.
2. Complete Scope of work (Annex E).
3. The attached Tender and Contract Award Acknowledgement Certificate (Annex B) must completed and be duly signed by an authorized company representative and submitted in accordance with Annex C.
4. Valid Copies of official company/organization registration documents and essential certificates.

 Full package of bid documents must be submitted in a sealedenvelope; the only information on the envelope should be the following:
