Core Job Responsibilities
This is a field-based position responsible for leading quality assurance and training functions at the provincial level.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to all FP/MNCH programs implemented by the program across their respective province.
- Ensure that the master trainers are well versed with online resources available at donor’s platform and facilitate knowledge up-gradation through online resources.
- Provide technical training in FP, MCH, RH, IP, and any other areas as required and conduct regular refreshers for the staff members/partners if needed.
- Ensure that training-related reports are submitted after completion of training.
- Review various training curricula at regular intervals and advise to incorporate the new advancements in FP/MCH.
- Develop training manuals for master trainers on how to deliver training on soft and technical skills.
- Conduct training needs analysis with support from partner departments, of health care service providers periodically.
- Build rapport with the regional training institute to ensure that the training needs of the intervention district staff are addressed on a priority.
- Ensure QAT/T-Cat visits are planned to all active landscape providers as per strategy consistent with donor requirements.
- Regularly visit partnering facilities in the intervention districts to ensure updated knowledge on best practices.
- Develop the Technical and Clinical skills of Master Trainers so they can train the health care providers.
- Periodically visit providers for improving performance and values clarification where respective city managers identify the need.
- Provide and supervise on-job coaching to the partnering facilities on communications skills and transfer of accurate and comprehensive knowledge on FP.
- Support in conducting technical sessions in FP/MCH promotion and provider recognition seminars.
- Participate in meetings with government officials wherever required.
- Complete any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Duty Station:
- Lahore with frequent travel to districts
Education:
- MBBS (MPH will be an advantage) from an accredited university.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in family planning (FP) service delivery, maternal, newborn, child health (MNCH), and related Quality Assurance.
Knowledge:
- Emerging women's health, Family Planning, and other Female Health Care areas, globally and specifically in Pakistan
- Knowledge of public health system structures and functions
Managerial / Leadership Skills:
- Excellent training skills
- Knowledge management (module development, training & IEC material development)
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy
Attitude:
- Positive attitude, Team Player, Flexible, punctuality.
