Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  • Developing strong and cordial relationships with existing and new clients to promote Shine Plus services.
  • Maintaining and updating the prospective client database.
  • Keeping updated on all service offerings of the company.
  • Developing and executing business and marketing plans in coordination with the GM to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identifying profitable business opportunities and securing sound business deals with strong follow-up.
  • Arranging meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
  • Supporting the GM in writing new business proposals.
  • Organizing and supervising sales team activities within assigned locations.
  • Providing reports on business development activities and related successes against target metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis as decided by the management.
  • Following company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers.
  • Coordinating closely with the technical support team to ensure quality work and after-sale support to clients.
  • Performing any other assignments/tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
