Job Summary: 

The DOPASI Foundation is seeking a Liaison Coordinator for projects in Sindh province. This role involves leading the assigned provincial activities, guiding the field team where required, and liaising with the health authorities and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal reviews of various Memoranda of Understanding and contracts being signed with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, partners, and team members.
  • Serve as the local liaison between stakeholders to facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and promote cooperation.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive progress reports, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Contribute to knowledge management by documenting key lessons and best practices.
  • Foster relationships with provincial and district stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, and health authorities.
  • Work closely with the communications team to align project messaging, branding, collection of success stories and reporting.
  • Identify and pursue resource mobilization opportunities to support project activities.
  • Develop proposals and write content to secure funding and support for project initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive progress reports, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Generate reports and presentations summarizing project progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.
  • Contribute to the creation of project documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communication or a related field. An LLB/LLM degree will be preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in legal affairs, project coordination, stakeholder management, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Urdu required; proficiency in Sindhi language is advantageous.
  • Skilled in program management, monitoring, evaluation, and research.
  • Strong understanding of Sindh’s socio-economic and political context.
  • Willingness to travel within the province and to other locations as needed.
