The Pakistan Human Development Fund (PHDF) requests proposals for evaluating the following project, Implemented by NCHD

Introducing Contemporary Education (ICE) in Deeni Madaris of Pakistan through Non-formal Education Techniques

The purpose of the evaluation is outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToRs). For reference, please find the complete ToRs, which outline specific requirements and guidelines for preparing proposals, available at www.phdf.pk

Consulting companies, firms, or individuals with at least five years of experience in evaluating the above referred project may send their technical and financial proposals along with the profiles and CVs of the experts via courier to the following address and must be received by 01:00 PM, no later than  July 26, 2024:
