Technical Lead Researcher (Curriculum/Course Design)


Role Overview: The Technical Lead Researcher will be responsible for designing and developing the curriculum and course materials for the project. This includes ensuring that the content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Assessment:
    • Design and conduct comprehensive surveys to identify training needs.
    • Analyze data to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Curriculum Development:
    • Develop detailed curriculum outlines, incorporating practical and theoretical components.
    • Ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
    • Collaborate with industry experts to validate curriculum content.
  • Content Creation:
    • Develop detailed lesson plans, including objectives, materials, and assessment methods.
    • Create multimedia content (e.g., videos, e-learning modules) to enhance learning.
    • Ensure content is accessible and inclusive.
  • Training Implementation:
    • Work with trainers to implement the curriculum using modern pedagogical methods.
    • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to ensure effective delivery.
  • Evaluation and Revision:
    • Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and trainers.
    • Continuously update and improve the curriculum based on feedback and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in education, Curriculum Design, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Knowledge of green technologies and sustainability practices.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and instructional design software.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
