Normeca International AS Is Seeking A Qualified And Dedicated Pharmacist To Join Our Team. This Role Is Crucial In Ensuring The Safe And Effective Dispensing Of Medications To Patients In The Rural Areas Of Pakistan. The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing The Pharmacy Operations, Providing Pharmaceutical Care, And Educating Patients On The Proper Use Of Medications.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense Medications Accurately And Efficiently Based On Prescriptions.
Provide Patient Counseling On The Proper Use, Side Effects, And Storage Of Medications.
Ensure The Safe And Secure Storage Of All Pharmaceuticals.
Maintain Accurate Records Of All Prescriptions Dispensed And Inventory Levels.
Monitor And Manage Inventory Levels To Ensure The Availability Of Essential Medications.
Educate Patients And Healthcare Providers On Drug Interactions, Side Effects, Dosage, And Proper Medication Management.
Collaborate With Healthcare Professionals To Optimize Patient Care And Treatment Outcomes.
Ensure Compliance With All Pharmacy Regulations, Laws, And Guidelines.
Conduct Regular Audits And Inspections To Maintain The Highest Standards Of Pharmacy Practice.

Participate In Community Outreach Programs To Promote Health And Wellness.
Assist In Setting Up And Dismantling Mobile Medical Units At Various Locations.

Qualifications:

Degree In Pharmacy From An Accredited Institution.
Valid Pharmacy License.
Proven Experience As A Pharmacist.
Strong Knowledge Of Pharmaceuticals, Drug Interactions, And Side Effects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Attention To Detail And Strong Organizational Skills.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Healthcare Team.
Proficiency In English Is An Advantage.
Willingness To Work In Non-Standard Conditions In Rural Areas.
