Maintain Accurate Records Of Clinic Operations, Patient Care, And Staff Performance. 

Implement And Oversee Quality Improvement Initiatives To Enhance Patient Care. 

Facilitate Communication And Collaboration Among Healthcare Team Members. 

Ensure The Clinic Environment Is Clean, Safe, And Welcoming For Patients And Staff. 

Facilitate Communication And Collaboration With Local Authorities. 

Ensure Timely Surveys Of The MMU’s Next Locations And Monitor Patient Flow To Ensure Timely Relocations. 

Responsible In Setting Up And Dismantling Mobile Medical Units At Various Locations. 

Bachelor’s Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field (Master’s Degree Preferred). 

Proven Experience As A Clinic Manager Or In A Similar Healthcare Management Role. 

Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Procedures. 

Excellent Leadership And Organizational Skills. 

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. 

Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Work Under Pressure. 

Proficiency In MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 

Proficiency In English Is Mandatory. 

Willingness To Work In Non-Standard Conditions In Rural Areas.
