Learning, Acting, and Building for Rehabilitation in Health Systems (ReLAB-HS) is a USAID-funded activity that is working to strengthen the integration of rehabilitation and assistive technology into health systems through a scalable approach and is committed to supporting local solutions.

The purpose of this request for quotations (RFQ) is to procure a minimum stock of a variety of quality and simple assistive products to enable the provision of appropriate assistive technology services at the Primary Health Care Level in Swat.

District Health Officer swat Invites sealed and postal Bids for the supply of following through TWO envelops bidding procedure as per KAPRA Procurement Rules 2014 from items reputable, registered and authorized dealers/firms and supplier having sound financial position and market experience of similar work for the supply of the following Assistive and rehabilitative products/Instruments items for the budget provided by the Federation handicap International (ReLAB.HS) USAID Project.

RFQ timeline   

  1. June 18, 2024: RFQ launched
  2. June 24, 2024: Deadline for final bid
  3. July 25, 2024: Bidders are notified of a decision

Financial to be valid up to 31/08/2024 must to be delivered at the address given below on or before 25/06/2024 and shall be opened in the presence of the bidder or their authorized representative, at the address below at 1 hour on the same day.

The Bdi security %2 (Details of item/amount is available in bidding documents) in the shape of Pay order (PO/demand Draft (DD)/Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of district Health Officer Swat shall be required, which will be confirmed from the concern bank.

Detailed description of items and other conditions can be obtained from the coordinator national program swat in office hours.

The bidders are requested to give the most competitive lowest rates as no negotiation will be made in this regard.

In case of substandard supply / none matching with the specification, observation by the end user, the bidder will be responsible for its replacement on his own risk and cost.

Make made and country of origin, etc. be clearly mentioned in the bid.

Sample will have to be produced fi the committee deems it fit.

Al applicable taxes & stamp duty shall be deducted as per Govt rules.

Quantity of items can be increased or decreased subject to availability of the budget.

Supply will be on FOR (Fright on Road) basis.
