Participatory Village Development Programme (PVDP) Sindh is a non-profit and non- governmental organization is implementing a project title “Strengthening Resilience-Improving Health, WASH and Food Security in Rural Mirpurkhas Sindh” Project with the support of Action Medeor (AM). Sealed Quotations are invited from Vendors/Suppliers for the following items.

Requirements for Quotation:

• Quotations should be submitted in a sealed envelope, also fill & sign CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURE FORM attached with this RFQ.
• Company profile with relevant experience including Client name, the volume of contract, and the location of services.
• 06 monthly bank statements (latest months).
• NTN/GST certificate copies.
• Quotations must cover all the above aspects on the company letterhead with the address and phone/fax number.
• Payment details of the supplier must be clear stated e.g., to whom cheque should be addresses and if necessary.
• The rate must be inclusive of the cost of Transportation, Branding, Loading and Unloading.
• The cost must be given in Pak Rupees including all applicable taxes
• Delivery is to be made at 05 villages of UC Jhaluri - 1, of Taluka Shuja Abad, District Mirpurkhas.
• The sample should be submitted along with sealed quotation.
• Supplier must mention the delivery time.
• Payment will be made in cross cheque within one to two weeks of satisfactory delivery.

Selection Criteria:

The lowest price will not be the sole criterion; quality, delivery time, and previous experience will also be considered. The bids will be evaluated as per following Criteria:

 1. Financial: 60% of Total Score Allocation

 2. Technical: 40% of Total Score Allocation

The procurement committee reserves the right to change the quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.

Other:

• Suppliers must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names / companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently blacklisted.
• PVDP reserve right to change the quantities or reject any or all quotation without assigning any reason(s) thereof.
• PVDP will not be responsible any damage and loss of goods during transportation.

How to Submit:

The submission deadline is 04:00 pm on, June 21^st, 2024, at the mentioned address. Late submission will not be accepted.
