Job Title: Documentation Assistant
Project: USAID’s Economic Recovery and Development Activity (ERDA)
Reports To: Agribusiness and Value Chain Specialist
Location: ERDA PMU Peshawar
Job Summary & Specific Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
The Documentation Assistant provides support to the program team by assisting in documentation and filing of project documents. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of various processes within the ERDA project.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage & update the documents and files in an efficient way.
- Maintain a track record of documents and files for ease of traceability by the authorized personnel.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and files.
- Support in event management
- Implement correspondence/mail services including pouches; mailboxes; incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, messages, faxes and email; distribution all correspondence including internal memos; and maintenance of mail registers.
- Undertakes any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year working experience preferably with International/National NGOs, Donor Agencies, or other reputable organizations/companies.
- The ability to act independently and operate proactively.
- Innovative thinking and strong team-building skills are highly desirable.
- Must be familiar with MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
