Eligible Qualification & Experience: 

Sixteen (16) years of education in Mass Communication, Media Sciences or any other relevant field from HEC recognized institute with minimum five (05) years post qualification experience in the field of social media management, graphic design, production & editing, web development & animation experience with national and international clients. 

Candidate having the following skills and experience will be preferred:

• Graphic design, production & editing, web development and animation experience with work portfolio working with national and international clients.

• Strong theoretical and practical background including use of software such as Blender 3D, Maya 3D, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Premiere (or DaVinci/FCP or other comparable programs).
• Strong creative and technical capabilities, can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images and videos
• Develop creative briefs, script, storyboard, allocate resources, set deadlines and create multimedia (audio/video/static images) content for PTA initiatives, public service awareness, internal communication and other projects.
• Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, adding music/voice-over/sound effects, media management and archiving project media. (The consultant shall use his own film equipment including top of the line cameras, drone quadcopters, editing machines etc.).  Hands on post-production digital video editing, still and motion graphics design (2D/3D).
• Deliver creative graphic and technical solutions (including infographics if required) for print, electronic, web-based and animated presentations.
• Create 2D/3D animations for various projects, where necessary.
• Handle and monitor PTA social media accounts across multiple platforms and stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends. 
• Advanced level of English and Urdu (reading and writing).

Monthly Remuneration: Market based (Negotiable – applicable taxes shall be deducted)
