Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) was incorporated as a not-for-profit public company limited by Guarantee, registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. SRSO is an apex organization at the provincial level for poverty alleviation and participatory development.

The Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) is pleased to invite quotations for the provision and implementation of the WhatsApp Business API. Interested vendors are requested to submit their quotations in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToRs) provided.

Scope of Work

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive WhatsApp Business API solution, including but not limited to:

• Setup and configuration of the WhatsApp Business API.
• Integration with existing systems and platforms used by SRSO.
• Providing user training and support.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant data privacy and security standards.

Submission Guidelines

Vendors are required to include the following in their quotations:

• Detailed cost breakdown.
• Timeline for implementation.
• Description of the technical support and training to be provided.
• Relevant experience and case studies.
• Compliance with the ToRs.

Deadline

All quotations must be submitted by 4^th July 2024
