Nutrition International (NI), formerly known as the Micronutrient Initiative is a Canada based global nutrition organization founded in 1992 and is dedicated to delivering proven nutrition interventions to those who need them most. With its vision to eradicate hidden hunger and nourish lives, NI has been working in Pakistan since 2000 on large- scale nutrition programs.

1.2 Background 1.2.1. Nutrition International (NI) is global nutrition organization with headquarters in Canada. Founded in 1992, NI is dedicated to deliver proven nutrition interventions to those who need them most. NI has been working in Pakistan since 2000, in partnership with national and provincial government, on large scale nutrition programs with a vision to eradicate hidden hunger and nourish lives. “Maternal, Newborn, Child Adolescent health & nutrition program is a core initiative of the organization to improve maternal, newborn and adolescent nutrition in Pakistan”, has been implemented in Pakistan for the last five years.
