We Are Hiring – Medical Laboratory Technologist
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at MALC Head Office, Saddar, Karachi.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Qualification & Experience
- BSc in Biochemistry or Microbiology
- MSc will be preferred
- 2–3 years of relevant laboratory experience required
Job Responsibilities
Hematology
- Perform hematology testing on CBC analyzers
- Blood collection for adults and pediatric patients
- Conduct blood grouping procedures
Biochemistry
- Perform routine biochemistry tests, including:
- Blood Glucose
- LFTs (Liver Function Tests)
- RFTs (Renal Function Tests)
- Lipid Profile / Lipid Panel
Microbiology
- Perform AFB staining
- Conduct PCR testing for Tuberculosis (TB)
Additional Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)
- Team supervision and coordination
- Inventory management
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Reporting and data management
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
