Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager Human Resources to lead the HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, strengthening talent management systems, and fostering a strong performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall HR function including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll structuring
  • Drive organizational development, training, and leadership programs
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
  • Support succession planning and leadership development strategies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance standards
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic HR planning

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 15years of progressive HR experience
  • Minimum 10 years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Experience in large organizations, NGOs, or healthcare sectors preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, policies, and labor regulations
