Job Description-Program Director

Experiance : 10 Years+

Key Responsibilities:

1. Funding Opportunities:

• Stay updated on EOIs (Expressions of Interest) and funding opportunities for NGOs
• Search and identify potential donors and funding sources
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of funding opportunities

2. Proposal Development:

• Lead the development and submission of project proposals to donors
• Ensure proposals meet donor requirements and deadlines

3. Reporting and Compliance:

• Prepare and submit reports to donors and management
• Ensure compliance with donor regulations and organizational policies

4. NOC Management:

• Oversee NOC (No Objection Certificate) process and ensure timely renewal
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

5. Program Management:

• Oversee overall program implementation and progress
• Provide technical support and guidance to program staff
• Identify and address program-related issues

6. Partnership Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders
• Represent the organization at relevant forums, meetings, and events

7. Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to organizational strategic planning and goal setting

8. Capacity Building:

• Identify training needs and opportunities for program staff

9. Monitoring and Evaluation:

Oversee M&E systems and ensure data-driven decision making
