Purpose The Case Management Officer is responsible for identification, assessment, counseling, and case management of individuals with specific needs, including women at risk, children, elderly persons, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups. The position ensures provision of specialised psychosocial support, protection case management services, and coordinated referrals in accordance with protection principles, confidentiality protocols, and a survivor-centred approach. |
