Qualification  

Requirements 

∙ Fresh graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.  ∙ Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  ∙ Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills. 

Job  

Description 

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for tasks  including but not limited to:  

Business Development  

∙ Identify, screen, and analyze new business opportunities  aligned with organizational capacity and strategic interests.  ∙ Maintain and update a database of opportunities, submissions,  and follow-up actions.  

∙ Support preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), technical  proposals, and financial proposals for multi-sectoral projects.  ∙ Assist in identifying and coordinating project teams from within  and outside the organization.  

∙ Maintain records of all proposal submissions and related  documentation.  

∙ Support senior management in opportunity assessment and  business development strategy.  

Networking & Coordination  

∙ Assist in developing and updating marketing materials including  brochures, company profiles, website content, and social media  ∙ Maintain and strengthen databases of partner organizations,  consultants, and key professionals.  

∙ Finalize write-ups, formatting, editing, and documentation for  reports and official submissions.  

∙ Draft minutes of meetings and follow up with relevant  stakeholders.  

∙ Support preparation of weekly business development and  project progress reports.  

∙ Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.
