Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager – Pakistan

Location: Remote – Pakistan
Reports To: Operations Manager – Pakistan

 


 

Role Summary

The Assistant Operations Manager supports the Operations Manager in day-to-day operational activities, coordination, and reporting. The role ensures smooth execution of processes, timely service delivery, and effective communication between Pakistan-based teams and Australian stakeholders.

 


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on time

  • Coordinate with teams to maintain workflow and service delivery standards

  • Track and report operational performance, KPIs, and SLAs

  • Assist in scheduling and workforce planning (including Australia time zones)

  • Identify process gaps and support improvement initiatives

  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational records

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality

  • Act as a point of contact for issue tracking and resolution

 


 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field

  • 3–6 years of operations or coordination experience

  • Experience working with remote or international teams preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Good communication and reporting skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
