About the Role:

To lead and execute digital media and PR strategies that enhance organizational visibility, strengthen organizational reputation, and drive engagement to support fundraising and advocacy goals.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an integrated Media & PR strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Drive high-impact media coverage to support fundraising and corporate partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, influencers, and digital communities.
• Create, edit, and manage content including press releases, reports, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns for awareness, fundraising, and advocacy.
• Coordinate and support the production of video content, including documentaries, interviews, and testimonials.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality digital assets and campaign materials.
• Monitor and evaluate media and digital campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and overall impact.

Required Skills:

• Strong command of digital marketing, social media management, and PR strategy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Excellent content writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to visual detail and branding.
• Basic analytics skills to measure campaign performance and optimize results.

 Minimum Education: Bachelors in Media & Mass Communication/ Marketing or related discipline

Minimum Experience: 3 Years of relevant experience
