CARE International in Pakistan is registered under Modaraba as defined in the Modaraba Companies and Modarabas (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 having NTN no.2767556-4, GST registered and also registered in KPRA.

 Request for Proposal

It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select vendor for CARE Pakistan for ‘’Framework Agreement – Food Kit’’

The Bidding Documents

The Bidder is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms, and specifications in the bidding documents prepared for the selection of qualified vendor (RFP & Price Annexure). Failure to furnish all information required as per the bidding documents or to submit a bid not substantially responsive to the bidding documents in every respect will be at the Bidder’s risk and may result in bid rejection.

All bidders are advised to strictly follow the timeline mentioned below:

Clarification of Bidding Documents

A prospective Bidder requiring clarification of the Framework Agreement may notify the Purchaser in writing at [email protected] . The request for clarification must reach the purchaser not later than (July 15, 2026). The Purchaser shall respond by e-mail providing clarification on the bid documents no later than (July 16, 2026). Written copies of the Purchaser’s response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) shall be communicated to all prospective Bidders which express an intention to submit bids.

Submission and Marking of Bids:

Bidder shall submit sealed bids addressed to the (Procurement Committee), at (CARE in Pakistan Office, 12th Floor, Pakland Tower 2, New Blue Area, Islamabad.

Sealed bids along with all the mandatory documents should reach CARE Islamabad Office not later than 11:59 PM July 20, 2026, and each envelope should be clearly marked as “TENDER – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOOD KIT”.
