Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC) is a leading humanitarian and healthcare organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities through quality healthcare, rehabilitation, and social inclusion. We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Psychologist to join our Rehabilitation Center in Larkana.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans.
• Offer psychosocial support to patients and their caregivers.
• Maintain accurate case records, assessment reports, and treatment documentation.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Conduct psychoeducation sessions and mental health awareness activities.
• Participate in case conferences, rehabilitation planning, and community outreach programs.
• Prepare monthly reports and ensure compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree (MS/MPhil preferred) in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or NGO setting.
• Strong assessment, counseling, and therapeutic intervention skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in Urdu and Sindhi; proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
