• 🤝 Team Management & Development: Lead and inspire diverse teams across Pakistan. Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• 🌐 Strategic Growth & Fundraising: Proactively identify new funding opportunities, track donor priorities, and lead the development of compelling proposals and concept notes to diversify and expand our program portfolio.
• 📊 Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, ensure compliance, and champion transparency.
• 🧭 Innovation: Navigate complex humanitarian landscapes with confidence and creativity.
• 💬 Partnership & Representation: Represent ORGANIZATION at national and global platforms. Build bridges with UN agencies, government bodies, donors, and I/NGOs.

• 7+ years of humanitarian and development experience. with a strong background in climate action and livelihoods.
• Proven leadership in program management and team development.
• Fluent in English and Urdu; tech-savvy with MS Office and Adobe.
• Fearless traveler, strategic thinker, and ethical leader.
