Shifa Foundation, a non-profit organization established in 1991 (sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd., Islamabad), invites sealed quotations from reputable, registered firms, suppliers, and vendors for the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of an Inverter and Battery Backup System for Water ATM Power Backup under the Integrated Services Delivery (ISD) Project in Karachi.

Terms & Conditions
- Only sealed quotations will be accepted.
- Submission Deadline: 05 July 2026
- Late quotations will not be considered.
- The requirement is urgent.
- Quoted prices must be inclusive of transportation, installation, fitting, commissioning, and all applicable Government taxes (GST & WHT).
- The successful vendor must complete the supply and installation at Abdullah Gabol Site, Karachi, by 07 July 2026.
- Quoted rates must remain valid for at least four (04) weeks.
- The supplier's invoice must clearly mention NTN, GST Registration Number (where applicable), or CNIC.
- Payment will be made within 20 working days after submission of the original invoice and successful completion of the work.
- Payment will be made through crossed cheque in the name of the company/business.
- The quotation envelope should be clearly marked "Quotation for Supply & Installation of Inverter and Battery System."
