Human Appeal-Pakistan is seeking bids from competent individuals, firms, companies, and sound organizations. PSEA and Safeguarding for Vendors and Suppliers
Human Appeal maintains a zero‑tolerance policy toward Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) involving staff, beneficiaries, vendors, suppliers, or any other stakeholders. Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) is a shared responsibility across all parties engaged with Human Appeal.
All vendors, suppliers, contractors, and their representatives are required to fully comply with Human Appeal’s Code of Conduct, which includes strict adherence to PSEA standards. These obligations apply at all times, including during business operations and outside working hours when acting in a capacity associated with Human Appeal.
As part of the due‑diligence and contracting process, all vendors and suppliers must disclose any prior incidents related to:
- Sexual exploitation, abuse, or harassment
- Other forms of misconduct
- Termination of contracts or employment due to misconduct
- Criminal convictions
- Any record of concerns reported to authorities regarding contact with children
Vendors and suppliers must also provide consent for Human Appeal to verify and request relevant information from previous employers, partners, or authorities as part of the compliance and risk‑management process.
Failure to disclose such information or any breach of PSEA obligations may result in immediate termination of the contract and further legal or administrative action as appropriate.
