The Directorate of SZABIST ZABTech (iTVE) invites sealed quotations from eligible, FBR-registered, and experienced vendors for the supply and delivery of equipment and training tools for its newly established Shaheed Benazirabad Chapter.

Issue Date: 04-March-2026
Submission Deadline: 10-March-2026 at 12:00 PM

Late submissions will not be entertained.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Valid FBR Registration (NTN mandatory)

• Relevant experience in similar supplies

• Complete company profile with contact details

Quotation Submission Requirements:

• On official company letterhead

• Signed and stamped by authorized representative

• Unit price inclusive of all applicable taxes

• Total price inclusive of all applicable taxes

• Delivery charges (if applicable) clearly mentioned

• Minimum validity of 45 days

Payment Terms:
Payment will be processed within 30 days after successful delivery and three-way verification (PO, signed delivery challan/GRN, and invoice).

SZABIST ZABTech reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations, partially or fully award the contract, or cancel the procurement process at any stage without assigning any reason. All disputes shall be governed under the jurisdiction of Karachi, Sindh.
