CARE Pakistan seeks to strengthen collaboration with the private sector to advance climate resilience and women’s economic empowerment. The consultancy will support the development of a structured Private Sector Engagement (PSE) Strategy aligned with national priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Objective

The selected Firm or Individual Consultant will design and operationalize a comprehensive PSE Strategy, including private sector mapping, CSR engagement, stakeholder consultations, partnership models, and a practical implementation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and submit inception report and PSE Strategy

  • Conduct private sector mapping and KIIs

  • Engage at least 10 CSR/corporate partners

  • Establish a PSE Working Group

  • Organize a Private Sector Roundtable

  • Deliver staff capacity-building training

  • Support formation of a multi-stakeholder coalition
