Position Summary
Social Mobilizers will directly engage with beneficiaries and communities to support project outreach, identification, enrollment, and follow-up activities.

Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach and identify beneficiaries.
• Facilitate awareness sessions and community meetings.
• Support enrollment in education, vocational training, and rehabilitation programs.
• Ensure inclusion of vulnerable groups, including women and marginalized individuals.
• Document field activities and report to the Project Manager.

Deliverables

• Community engagement and mobilization reports.
• Training and awareness session documentation.
• Beneficiary enrollment and follow-up records.
• Lessons learned and success stories.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Rural Development, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community mobilization or social development programs.

Language Requirements

Punjabi, Urdu, English (local language expertise preferred)
